Solution

• Clarion glazers removed and replaced curtain wall window to enable concrete pour for floor restoration.
• In-house glazers installed glass storefront doors to match building standards. Clarion carpenters built custom full height pass through doors with glass sidelights.
• Supplied and installed supplemental a/c unit for data closet to meet IT requirements.
• Added EMON meter to measure tenant’s share of the electricity.
• Experienced Project Management Team managed tenant’s expectations through clear communication and execution of the construction schedule.
