Challenges
Work area consisted of a space primarily used by the executives of the building.
Specialty hard tile floor was to remain.
Lights and HVAC diffusers needed to be update to meet building standards.
Solution
Clarion’s Project Manager developed a system and schedule that allowed carpenters to reach daily work goals and return work space to a suitable condition during high traffic time frames.
Special protective measures were taken to ensure no damage to the existing floor occurred.
Clarion worked closely with subcontractors to retrofit lighting and HVAC diffusers without having to replace the existing ceiling.
