History

Clarion Construction, Inc. was formed by Clarion Development in 1989. Its focus changed from Clarion Development’s construction arm to commercial & industrial renovation when Vince Martorano was added to the firm. Clarion was profitable after its second year of building beautiful interiors. Vince structured the outright purchase of Clarion Construction in 1990 and added Principals Ken Johnson & Phil Martorano shortly thereafter. Since then, the family owned business has taken pride in its tradition of excellence and strong foundation in ethics and honesty. Business growth has been almost entirely based on referrals and many employees have been a part of the extended “Clarion family” for decades. Both details are testaments to its leadership’s commitment to “doing the right thing” whether it comes to their clients or the team that serves them.
