Challenges

• Outdated wood wall paneling needed to be updated.
• Lobby work was to be done during work hours.
• Design called for an existing office space to be turned into a deli/ lounge area.

Solution

• Clarion carpenters removed and refinished the existing wood panels in-house. Portions of stone wall were paired with the panels to create an appealing contrast. Finally stainless steel backing was used to give the wall texture and depth.
• Working in a common area with such heavy foot traffic required Clarion’s Superintendent to devise safety and traffic plans in order to insure the building could continue to operate in a safe environment.
• Clarion carpenters completely gutted an existing office and re-puroised the space into a deli/ lounge with a completely new layout and set of finishes, including a stone-tile wall.
