Project Highlights

  • Scope of work included 11,000 SF of class A office space.
  • Successfully completed (35) client driven change orders, many of which were design-build by Clarion, all while managing the required completion date.
  • Significant savings were made by completing the adjacent corridor project at the same time as the tenant improvement project. Also, by salvaging glass entry doors and reusing interior doors, lights and HVAC equipment.
