Challenges

• The tenant moving into this space was located out of state.
• The space was designed specifically for the tenant. Existing conditions needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt to achieve the new custom design for the space.

Solution

• Clarion implemented a software program, Base Camp, which allowed for fast, easy communication between not only the tenant, but also the property management team as well. This allowed all three parties to be kept up to date throughout the construction process.
• Clarion carpenters were able to convert a gutted space into a beautiful office with intricate flooring patterns and curved drywall finishes designed specifically for the tenant.
