- Renovation of 11,000 SF office that had been vacant for years.
- Project was design build. Clarion along with their team of subcontractors, designed the space for Tornos’ specific needs.
- Created custom showroom with in-house glazing, custom stone flooring, open ceiling deck, and upgraded power and HVAC for tenant’s needs.
Clarion Construction upholds their statement when it comes to problem solving. The facility they renovated for us was outdated and the space itself hadn’t been occupied for some time. In order to accommodate our machinery and need for a large showroom and warehouse space, Clarion was able to push out walls make efficient use of the interior space to accommodate those needs. They also helped us in our permitting process and expedited when we needed their support. The on-site Project Managers and Engineers were always supportive and attentive to our needs.
