Vince's business philosophy encompasses exceptional execution with uncompromising integrity. He has over 25 years of expertise in construction and renovation of commercial properties. In addition to overseeing the Sales, Business Development & Estimating teams, his responsibilities include strategic growth, administration & member of Clarion's Safety Council. Vince earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies and is also an active member in AIRE and BOMA Suburban Chicago.

Prior to creating Clarion Construction, Vince worked for development companies Corporetum Development & Illinois Industrial Properties where he managed new projects for clients such as Motorola, Silo, Wrought Washer, Illinois Bell, Whirlpool, Interlake, Wickes & AT&T. Vince has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Roosevelt University.

Phil started with Clarion as an estimator and then a project accountant for ten years. Currently, he serves as the company controller and Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include contract and budget management, job costing, project payouts, managing cash flow, employee benefit plans, union audits, and risk management, overseeing accounting (AP/AR) and IT departments, as well as, financial reporting. Phil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Roosevelt University.

Jonelle joined Clarion in 2013. Her decade of experience in commercial property management helps her identify winning solutions for tenants, real estate and construction managers alike. Her responsibilities include planning and executing business development strategies aimed at increasing new business and brand awareness; growing and strengthening relationships with clients, and partnering with our estimating team and account managers to build familiarity with partners and projects. She assists in the entire team's goal for seamless transitions and superior service delivery. Jonelle received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Greg's experience as a construction consultant and glazing project manager made him a terrific addition to the Clarion team in 2010. His 20 years of construction experience specializing in storefront glass systems and his responsiveness to emergency glass repairs allowed Clarion to grow our Service and Glass Department and continue to cater to our clients' needs with experienced staff no matter how big or small the project, whether it is day or night. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Detroit.

Brad joined Clarion in 1999. His responsibilities include permit expediting, equipment and supply procurement and assisting with project schedules. Brad manages lead time issues through monitoring each stage of the permit approval process, fostering relationships with city officials and suppliers; monitoring inventory levels and following up on any missing or incomplete shipments should they occur. Brad graduated with honors from Illinois State University with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Sciences.

Todd joins Clarion with more than 20 years in Mechanical Systems & HVAC experience. He has certifications in OSHA 30, CPR and a Confined Space Permit. His career spans from being a Building Engineer to business owner of a trusted mechanical subcontractor for many years. Todd’s made the transition to Clarion team member seamlessly. As a Project Manager and Safety Director, his responsibilities include ensuring safety practices are continuously reviewed, updated and enforced, as well as, quick budget turnaround, particularly for projects with heavy HVAC requirements.

Kelly joined the Clarion team in 2015. Her responsibilities include assisting CFO in processing draws and sub-waivers, generating subcontracts, obtaining COIs, assisting with project close-out processes, and processing A/R. She also assists the Construction Department with timely and accurate information related to job cost tracking, construction draw management, and payment approvals. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and when she’s not crunching numbers, she enjoys boating, hiking, traveling as much as possible and spending time with her family.

Erik joined the Clarion team as an Estimating Assistant in January 2020. He graduated from Benedictine University in 2019 with a Bachelors in Business Management and Organizational Behavior. His current responsibilities include assisting his project team with preparing estimates and take-offs and attending site visits.

Carlos graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2021. He joined Clarion as a Project Engineer/Estimator in 2022. His current responsibilities include assisting his team with estimates, takeoffs and site visits.

Joining the Clarion team in 2014, Andrew has over two decades of experience in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential facets of the construction industry. A graduate, with high honors, from Milwaukee Trade and Technical H.S., Andrew went on to continue his education at Milwaukee School of Engineering. As Superintendent, Andrew is responsible for site safety, managing the schedule, coordination of subcontractors, material acquisition and deliveries, and supervising labor for each project. Andrew’s strong attention to detail, along with his desire to complete projects to the highest standards, makes him an asset to Clarion and our clients. Andrew specialty as of late is exceeding client’s expectations completing capital projects in occupied spaces safely and with as little disruption as possible.
