Vince's business philosophy encompasses exceptional execution with uncompromising integrity. He has over 25 years of expertise in construction and renovation of commercial properties. In addition to overseeing the Sales, Business Development & Estimating teams, his responsibilities include strategic growth, administration & member of Clarion's Safety Council. Vince earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies and is also an active member in AIRE and BOMA Suburban Chicago.

Prior to creating Clarion Construction, Vince worked for development companies Corporetum Development & Illinois Industrial Properties where he managed new projects for clients such as Motorola, Silo, Wrought Washer, Illinois Bell, Whirlpool, Interlake, Wickes & AT&T. Vince has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Roosevelt University.

Ken was instrumental in Clarion's decision to handle various trades with its own forces. He served as the general superintendent in the start, managing all major projects. Now, his "can do" attitude and service-mindedness are reflected in his leadership of Clarion's sales and business development. His responsibilities include oversight and growth of estimators and project managers. Ken's experience as a carpenter tradesmen and foreman for ten years prior to starting Clarion has helped him become the reliable problem solver and teacher our clients and team count on.

Phil started with Clarion as an estimator and then a project accountant for ten years. Currently, he serves as the company controller and Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include contract and budget management, job costing, project payouts, managing cash flow, employee benefit plans, union audits, and risk management, overseeing accounting (AP/AR) and IT departments, as well as, financial reporting. Phil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Roosevelt University.

Tony has almost 35 years of real estate experience ranging from hands on construction to executive-level Property Management, Construction Management, Account Management and Brokerage services. He draws upon his robust experience to improve efficiency & effectiveness throughout Operations. Tony oversees Project Management Team, Superintendents that lead the Field personnel, as well as our Service Division. Before joining Clarion, he was a Director of Real Estate Services / Senior Project Manager at Kinzie Real Estate Group where he oversaw several, multi-million-dollar developments and renovations. He earned his Illinois and Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker licenses, an associate’s degree in business administration and was a trained Union Carpenter practicing for the first 15 years of his career.

Since 1998, Tim has been responsible for preparing estimates and bid packages, fostering relationships with subcontractors, attending site visits, developing scopes of work, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost summaries. Tim has been instrumental in conducting time studies and evaluating project costs to ensure Clarions estimates are complete and accurate. He oversees master bid schedule & training of all estimators and account managers. Clients call on Tim over and over again because of his excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet established deadlines. Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lewis University.

Greg's experience as a construction consultant and glazing project manager made him a terrific addition to the Clarion team in 2010. His 20 years of construction experience specializing in storefront glass systems and his responsiveness to emergency glass repairs allowed Clarion to grow our Service and Glass Department and continue to cater to our clients' needs with experienced staff no matter how big or small the project, whether it is day or night. Brad manages lead time issues through monitoring each stage of the permit approval process, fostering relationships with city officials and suppliers; monitoring inventory levels and following up on any missing or incomplete shipments should they occur. Joining the Clarion team in 2014, Andrew has over two decades of experience in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential facets of the construction industry. A graduate, with high honors, from Milwaukee Trade and Technical H.S., Andrew went on to continue his education at Milwaukee School of Engineering. As Superintendent, Andrew is responsible for site safety, managing the schedule, coordination of subcontractors, material acquisition and deliveries, and supervising labor for each project. Andrew’s strong attention to detail, along with his desire to complete projects to the highest standards, makes him an asset to Clarion and our clients. Andrew specialty as of late is exceeding client’s expectations completing capital projects in occupied spaces safely and with as little disruption as possible.
