Challenges

  • Huge planter needed to be removed.
  • Large amounts of concrete were needed to patch the planter area.
  • When the bathrooms were gutted, plumbing issues were revealed.

Solution

  • Clarion removed a 24′ x 36′ planter from the lobby and restored the area to match the existing floor. All the plants were saved and given to the tenants of the building. The soil removed from the planter was donated to a local school that used it to teach students to plant flowers and trees.
  • Safety and traffic precautions were taken in order to haul the large amount of concrete needed to fill in the two foot deep planter.
  • Clarion carpenters were able to adapt and rectify the plumbing problem and proceed to create an elegant stone tile finished restroom.

Services

  • New suspended lighting
  • Planter removed and new floor added
  • Granite counter install
  • Floor and wall ceramic tile
