Challenges

Solution

  • Clarion’s Project Manager developed a system and schedule that allowed carpenters to reach daily work goals and return work space to a suitable condition during high traffic time frames.
  • Special protective measures were taken to ensure no damage to the existing floor occurred.
  • Clarion worked closely with subcontractors to retrofit lighting and HVAC diffusers without having to replace the existing ceiling.
