Challenge

• Corporate office required high-end finishes and a variety of custom features throughout space.
• Changes needed to be made to design plan during construction to ensure production of the highest quality result within the limitations of the cost and space provided.
• A large variety of trades were needed in order to complete the office build out.

Solution

• Clarion Carpenters installed top of the line finishes in the kitchen which included mosaic glass wall tile. Additionally, custom millwork was used in wood feature wall behind the reception desk.
• Clarion Project Management worked closely with the client and architect to execute a design for the space that fully met the standards expected of a corporate office.
